A six-month career development program that empowers women in STEM through workshops, peer-group mentoring, and one-on-one coaching.
This highly successful program, developed at Rutgers University, has been adapted by the STEM-UP Network to meet the needs of faculty, business, and government professionals throughout the Harrisburg region.
