Anupa Upadhyay, Strategy Managing Director, Accenture Strategy
Anupa Upadhyay is an Accenture Strategy Managing Director focused on delivering 360 degree value within the CPG industry. Over the course of her career, Anupa has partnered with c-level executives and management teams globally to strategize and implement complex enterprise transformations. Her primary focus is bringing industry, functional, and technology solutions together to deliver large-scale operating model transformations powered by data and analytics.
Her passion is to enable organizations to deliver value and insights with speed. She is known to partner with executives to establish the right buy-in and change management, empowering teams and bringing people along on the journey. She has two key core beliefs – culture and leadership sponsorship drive success. Anupa started her career interning in the Accenture Student Empowerment Program. Throughout her career, Anupa has been based in the US; however, has had the opportunity to live and work in Europe and Asia.
Anupa grew up outside of Harrisburg, PA and went to the Pennsylvania State University. She is extremely close to her friends and family. Her favorite quote is “don’t compare yourself to others. Only compare yourself to an earlier version of yourself.”
