Dr. Francia Doñe Henry, President, MION Consulting
Dr. Francia Henry is the President of MION Consulting which is an organizational leadership development firm specializing in leadership and career development, project management training, organizational design and analysis, and program evaluation. Dr. Henry retired from policing as a Police Patrol Commander with over 25 years of policing experience and serves on many community committees focused on diversity and justice improvement initiatives throughout the Central Pennsylvania region.
Dr. Henry is a United States Army Reserves combat Veteran having served honorably for over 13 years. Dr. Henry’s background is rooted in criminology, law enforcement leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and data analysis for problem solving. Dr. Henry is an adjunct professor with over 20 years of teaching experience teaching and a curriculum writer. Dr. Henry’s research has focused on delinquency prevention, police leadership, organizational development, gun violence prevention, and police administration and management.
Dr. Henry recently earned the honor of becoming a scholar with the Georgetown University certificate program as a representative for the PA State team and was recently selected to represent Harrisburg University’s project management team as the inaugural instructor for HU Latin America in Panama.
