Lauren Rose, Design Team Leader, High Industries

I am from NJ where I went to NJIT for college, double majoring in Architecture and Concrete Industry Management. During college I interned with High in the Quality Control and Project Management departments. After graduation, I started working at High Concrete in the engineering team. I now work as a Design Team Leader where I oversee an engineering team, manage the internal and external communication regarding precast design, and work on precast projects such as parking garages, schools, hospitals, and data centers.
