Lisa McGahren is an experienced leadership and personal coach, specializing in personal performance.  She blends coaching and program facilitation with a decade of business management in Operations, Sales and Client Services.  For the past decade Lisa has developed a thriving leadership development coaching practice and delivers professional development programs for business, academic and STEM communities.  She partners with organizations like STEM-UP Network to deliver leadership development programs and coaching to women in STEM and Rutgers University to deliver coaching services included in faculty professional development initiatives.

Lisa transitioned to a career in coaching after spending fifteen years in the business sector, first with Pillsbury and then with National Retail Services, a division of Havas Worldwide, as Director of Operations.  Leveraging her experience, education, and passion, she joined Right Management Consultants where she was responsible for the delivery of customized career transition services.

Lisa holds a M.A. in Psychology from Fairfield University and a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts and is a graduate of Leadership University Coach Program through B/Coach Systems.   A member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), her continuing education includes the following coursework: C-IQ (Conversational Intelligence), The Narrative Coach and CMT (Coach Master Toolkit) with WBECS (World Business and Executive Summit).  She is currently immersed in PQ (Positive Intelligence), a program developed and delivered by Shirzad Chamine.  Lisa lives in Lancaster, PA.
