Ramona Pereira-Chakka, Principal, Government and Public Services, Deloitte Services LP
Ramona Pereira-Chakka is a leader in Deloitte’s Health Transformation Services practice for over 14 years, helping government clients transform their programs and improve quality outcomes for millions of their program beneficiaries. In addition to her client-facing responsibilities, Ramona champions diversity and inclusion causes within Deloitte in numerous roles, including the Talent and Inclusion leader for Core Business Operations within Deloitte’s Government and Public Services practice. Ramona has implemented a Talent and Inclusion strategy focused on engaging practitioners in creating programs focused on inclusion, sponsorship, development, and growth. Ramona is passionate about women empowerment and serves on the advisory boards of Fund for Women and Girls and the Harrisburg University’s Stem-Up Network that encourages advancing women in STEM careers. Ramona lives in Mechanicsburg with her multi-generational family that spans almost 70 years between the oldest member, her baby-boomer Mom, to the newest member, an adorable 7-month-old Portuguese Water Dog, that the family adopted during quarantine.
