Dr. Roseanna Stanton became a consultant and leadership coach after over a decade of successfully developing and marketing products for New York University and Georgetown University. She has extensive expertise in strategic planning, program development, insight-driven innovation, marketing, and communications. Dr. Stanton led teams to accomplish outstanding results in her roles as Chief Strategy and Communications Officer and Senior Associate Dean of Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies, and Director of Graduate Accounts at New York University. She is the founder & CEO of Eight Wire, and is a valued member of the Mandala team, offering leadership development and innovation training programs.

After she experienced personal transformation while completing her Leadership Coaching Certification through the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program, she decided to offer the same possibilities for deep professional and personal development to others. Now, in both her consulting and coaching work she empowers individuals to see new possibilities for themselves and their organizations. Roseanna offers applied practices that improve the lived experience of professionals who wish to get the most out of life. She offers personal and professional development opportunities in partnership with horses at her farm in Laytonsville, MD.

Dr. Stanton was awarded her Ph.D. from New York University. Her dissertation study was a quantitative analysis of the relationship between completion of high school mathematics coursework and the probability of obtaining a college education.
