In this workshop, the focus is on understanding your personal style in conflict situations; developing a process for increasing productive responses in conflict; and improving your results and relationships.
Preparing for Successful Negotiations – February 22, 2023
In this workshop, the focus is on understanding the spectrum of negotiations and developing strategies that build trust; identifying opportunities to create value in a negotiation; and understanding what is most important when preparing to negotiate anything.
Personal Advocacy Skills – March 29, 2023
In this workshop, the focus is on learning how to effectively get recognized for your accomplishments; understanding how to navigate advocacy obstacles and speak up with confidence and developing a communication plan for your advocates and mentors.

In this workshop, the focus is on understanding and aligning priorities with time; managing work skillfully using new tools and processes; and learning strategies for navigating psychological and structural barriers

In this workshop, the focus is on understanding the basic tenets of emotional intelligence and their impacts; learning about emotional resilience and developing a process to increase yours, and learning emotionally intelligent skills for working in groups.
