Gladys Kline, Director, Business Development, Customer Experience (CX), Cisco
As the Director of Business Development for CX, Gladys works with Cisco US Public Sector senior sales management to develop and drive Go-To-Market strategies resulting in accelerated CX opportunities and a more cohesive engagement model. The goal is to be a strategic leader who is passionate about market strategy, scale, and innovation. In Customer Experience (CX), the team accelerates the customers’ success, and also accelerates profitable growth for both Cisco and their partners, by delivering the best customer experience in the industry.
Prior to her current role with Cisco, Gladys was Vice President of Presales Engineering and Cisco Alliance at Core BTS. She functioned as Core BTS’ lead presales and technical architect contact to customers nationwide and served as a technology advisor to sales and senior management across the organization. As VP of Cisco Alliance, Gladys had primary responsibility for Core BTS’ strategic relationship with Cisco and, ultimately, the growth of the Cisco practice and business.
Gladys was also a Systems Engineer and Systems Engineering Manager at Cisco for 8 years prior to joining Core BTS and functioned in the same rules at Nortel Network for 10 year before that.
Gladys is the proud Mom to two teenage daugthers and has strongly encouraged them to actively participate in the STEM programs in both high school and college. She is an active participatant in the progam herself and has presented to multiple organizations in her local community on the value of science, technology and math in the elementary and high school cirruculums, especially for young girls. Its also important to Gladys and her family that they give back to their community whenever possible so she volutneers at Habit for Humanity, the Food Bank for Berks County and the local Animal Shelters.
